Smart Home Automation & Network Specialists in Caterham

Terraced gardens and retaining walls can leave an outbuilding in a signal shadow. For a garden office at the bottom or top of a sloping garden, a hardwired backhaul is usually more dependable than trying to push Wi-Fi through the structure. Our Garden Office & Outbuilding Connectivity Audit works out the cable route and what is in the way before any installation is quoted.

Inside the house, split-level and extended layouts are common. We position access points to follow how you actually use each floor.

Exposed and secluded plots are good candidates for Active Perimeter Deterrence, where a compatible Dahua TiOC camera can flash red/blue strobes and play a customisable voice alert at the boundary and send you an instant notification. It is designed to deter and to give you time to react. No system can promise to stop an intrusion.

Intruder alarms are specified alongside the cameras, with Texecom integration where supported by the model and configuration.

Sloping drives make pedestrian and vehicle gates harder to automate well. We survey the gradient, gate type and power and data routes before recommending gate automation, then pair it with an IP/PoE video intercom and scheduled passcodes for visitors.

A Smart-Home Health Check suits Caterham homes where several installers have each added a piece over time. We diagnose dropped connections, map what talks to what, and tell you honestly which parts are worth keeping.
